TM2 Touch Chiropractic Clinical Notes


Nearly everyone agrees it would be much better if clinical notes were stored in a computer. They could be made more readable, consistent and thorough. Significant savings could be made in the time and money associated with storage, retrieval, report creation and clinical audit. However there has always been one stumbling block: how do you get the notes into the computer in the first place?

TM2 have developed a very clever system to do just that. Since a large percentage of clinical notes are the same things written over and over again they have captured all of this repetitive text in the computer. They present you with a simple touch screen interface that allows you to select the notes you wish to write up. The result is a system which is very thorough and easy to use while you are actually with the patient.


The product is very flexible, allowing you to quickly modify the content and structure of these clinical note templates to suit your own style.
